Queso Pass Terms and Conditions: Limit ONE FREE QUESO per day with any purchase. Valid between January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 only. Only valid for dine-in, in-person pick-up and phone orders. Not valid for online, app or third-party delivery orders.  No cash value, credit or change will be given. The holder is responsible for any applicable sales tax. May not be combined with any other offer, coupon or discount. Void if altered, copied or sold. Discount cannot be applied to the purchase of alcoholic beverages, gift cards or retail items. 

This card is a discount card and/or a gift/stored-value/loyalty card.  The value of this card will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission.  You should protect this card as if it were cash or a credit card.  Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.  This card represents no cash value.  This card is not redeemable for cash. 

FAQS 

Q: What are the important dates of the campaign?

A: The Queso Pass gift card promotion runs officially from November 24th, 2023-December 31st, 2023. This is the timeframe the gift card purchases will be redeemable for the listed Queso Pass. 

Q: How do you earn the Queso Pass during the Holiday Gift Card Promotion? 

A: If a guest is to purchase $250(+) worth of gift cards, they are to receive the Macho Taco Queso Pass (while supplies last). 

Q: How does the Queso Pass work? 

A: The Queso Pass will comp a full queso purchase on any in-store order or pick-up order paid for in-store. Simply present the card at the time of purchase.  Any variation of queso outside of regular is NOT included in this offer. Must be paired with an additional purchase. No other items will be discounted or comped. The Queso Pass redemption cannot be combined with other discounts or rewards (except Taco Tuesday). The Queso Pass can only be used to redeem free Queso order once per day. 

• The Queso Pass will be valid for use through 1/1/20243 – 12/31/24. 
   
• Limit ONE free queso per day with any purchase. 

Q: Am I allowed to buy more than one gift card and still earn the Queso Pass? 

• Yes, the minimum amount necessary for the Queso Pass can be separated into multiple gift card purchases (i.e.: $50 gift card + $200 gift card = $250, which would still result in a Queso Pass). The rewards received will be determined on the final transaction amount spent.  

Q: If I spend $500+ in gift cards, may I receive multiple Queso Passes? 

A: If supplies are available in-store, guests may receive multiple Queso Passes as long as the total transaction amount meets the requirements listed above.
